Is it better to buy and renovate an old stone house or to build a new house?
It completely depends on your budget. If the cost of renovation is more than the cost of building a new house then you should build a new house. But to purchase an old house and to renovate it is a better option. My brother also purchased an old house last month by the help of Prestige Properties of America in Colorado but it does not need any renovation. It saved his money and time.
