While a gift to the unrestricted, general endowment grants the administration and the Board of Trustees the flexibility to use the income each year to address the most critical and pressing needs of the University, all endowment gifts (restricted and unrestricted) support the objectives of the Because Furman Matters campaign and the strategic goals of the University. Larger, unrestricted endowment gifts may be recognized by naming special features of the campus. Who should I contact if I have additional questions?
