Is it best to contact by phone, email or snail mail?
Snail mail is always going to be best in this business as your signature will be required on almost everything. You will need a hard copy of requests for kits, supplies, and assistance. Do not send multiple emails. This only wastes time and becomes confusing. We do not want several of our staff handling the same task at the same time for the same situation. We do not want to send out duplicate supplies due to duplicate requests. Send a signed letter. Do not send certified letters. This is a needless waste of our time and your money. BBB?
