Is it bad to microwave the frozen food plastic?

Microwaves keep working after the machine has stopped which is why the directions will tell you how much time to wait until serving. Sometimes you think that 5 minutes is too long or 2 minutes is too short time for this method of cooking. All timings have been checked often for timings by the food processors and home economists employed by them. You also need to test your microwave power. Usually a cup of water will boil in 1 minute. If it does so quicker you will have to adjust your timing. The manufactur’s instructions provide the recommended test method. Most folk really don’t read the instructions. They don’t take the classes offered on microwave cooking either.
