Is it actually possible to pick up radio frequencies in dental fillings?

Yes! Absolutely! I have several metal fillings in my mouth, that I have had for over 30 years, and late at night, when it is very quiet, I can hear what sounds like a transistor radio…..sounds like an AM station. Not every night…..but very often. Several times I have put my ear to the clock radio in my bedroom, listening carefully to see if what I am hearing is coming from that radio….and it never is! It is definitely coming from the dental work in my mouth. It used to scare me, but it has been happening for so long now, I just don’t worry about it, and go to sleep.
