Is it absolutely necessary to choose a preferred retailer?
No. It is not required. If you do not want a preferred retailer, do not select any retailer during registration. If you have already registered with a preferred retailer and want to change this, then log into your account and click Edit Your Profile located at the very top right corner of the page. Make changes next to preferred retailer by using the drop down arrow to choose the default Select a Retailer option. This option is equivalent to no preferred retailer. Click Submit to save the changes.
