Is it a violation of the establishment clause for churches to receive tax exemptions?

That is very disputable. Clearly, the government is favoring (being a mostly Christian government) churches because of there religious endorsement, however, this is often defended by disputing the technicalities concerning how to define “encouraging the establishment of” and “establishing”, which in the government are popular defense contrasts. Basically, I don’t, as a Christian, believe that it is because I believe the foundation of a successful nation is the principles upon which the law of this nation was founded, Christianity. I don’t think the founders and the writers of the constitution would have a problem with church exemptions, and in fact, believe the intent in their lives, if asked this question, would be to endorse the churches. On that, I believe it is not a true violation of the establishment clause.
