Is it a Plan for branches, groups & contacts too?
This is the Strategic Plan (2004 2009) of the international movement. It is not therefore the Strategic Plan for individual branches or groups. Indeed it is quite possible that a branch may have its own, very different Strategic Plan. Of course, in the absence of a Branch Plan it is conceivable that this Plan with modifications, could be adopted by a branch (although the realisation of the plan, the particular actions and projects undertaken, one would imagine would then be quite different). It possibly cannot be stated often enough however that this is not a Strategic Plan for the International Secretariat/ International Co-ordination alone!
