Is it a NORMAL standard for Americans to use illegal drugs??
There are no “normal standards” but it is a fact that many Americans have used illegal drugs before, and grew out of it and did not let it impede their progress in life. It’d be another thing if he was still doing it now. Not to go into a whole thing about the morality of drug use, but several politicians on both sides have done worse things than drugs in my opinion, and still been elected.
