Is it a MUST that you have to have 100% perfect eyesight for thet RAF?
There is a minimum eyesight requirement – but you can wear glasses as long as your eyesight isn’t below the minimum. Also, as stated above, with glasses you must have 20/20 corrected vision. Be careful with laser surgery, as all types are not necessarily acceptable within aviation. Some can leave your vision with halos – which will immediately curtail your aviation career!
