Is it a good idea to keep a daily diary in trying to prove disability?

Yes, a daily diary is usually very helpful with respect to helping prove the extent of the disability. We will, if we feel it appropriate, prepare a diary and provide it to our clients for them to keep a record of how they feel on a day-to-day basis. This diary can then be useful both in presentation to CPP as well as for use by a physician.
