Is it a good idea to date a coworker?
This is a widely relevant question since many people spend more time with their co-workers than anyone else once. Inevitably relationships happen. There are several problems with office relationships. First, you never leave work at work. When you are having dinner and you complain about person X, the discussion can be cathartic if only one of you knows person X. But if you both know the person, the discussion can go on and on. Second, if the relationship fails (and sadly many do), working together can be very difficult. Then Murphy’s law says that your new ex will start dating the best looking person in the office and you will hate life as they live the good life at lunch and after work.
