Buying a business or stock in difficult economic times is good! You will be paying less for it than you would in good economic times. Of course, I can’t speak for the restaurant itself, that depends on the case and you have to make that judgement for yourself. But you are following one of the simplest, most effective philosophies: buy low, sell high.
