Is it a bad sign for the Clarkii to seek out shrimp, or is this natural behavior?

I’ve read that Clarkii will sometimes eat shrimp (although the source was on the internet which is sometimes questionable). In this situation he lines up perpendicular to the shrimp, spreads and flaps his fins and makes a weird motions with his mouth (fin language for clean me???).
