No, it’s not a bad idea to bring a pup home at 6 weeks of age…provided u have puppy proofed ur home & u have the time to start training ur new furbaby…The smaller the (mom) of the pup is ( like a chihuahua) i wouldn’t bring a pup home til pup is at least 2 mons.
