Is ISU the only university charging convenience fees and not accepting VISA?
No. Universities across the country are facing the same issues and are opting for this approach to trim their costs. Some universities have simply stopped allowing credit/debit card payments altogether, since the processing costs have become so expensive. ISU remains committed to offering many payment options to our students, so we still offer the option of credit/debit card payments with a convenience fee attached.
