Is ISOC affiliated to any political organisation?
No. As Muslims, we stand for justice, be it with Muslims or non-Muslims, and we sometimes take part in petitions where we feel there is something important to speak out about, and often fundraise for countries affected by political crises or natural disasters. But this is the extent of our activity and we do not get involved in politics on a larger scale. There are other societies within the University for people who have such interests.
