I need to know if the people of the Islam religion is the religion that prays 5 times a day to the city Mecca. A: We do not pray TO the city of Mecca.The Kaaba is a Qiblat and it is the object that we on earth focus our prayer to.But the the prayer itself is to Allah ie God.
