Is is unhealthy to eat a bowl of normal rice for breakfast most days?
Rice = carbs! Eating rice would provide you with a lot of energy, so it’s definitely better than eating something that makes you feel sick or not eating at all! As far as whether or not it is healthy, it is definitely better than a lot of sugary or oily breakfast foods (depending on how much dressing you put on it). Plus it’s low in fat! Bowls of cereal with milk can be up to 640 calories, and you’d have to put a lot of butter on your rice to get up to that number. I think it’s a pretty good breakfast alternative.
