Yes, the equipment is guaranteed for as long as you have it in your home. If you have a problem we will come out and repair or replace the unit for free. The only way you could incur a service call you would be charged for is if you would accidentally damage the unit (i.e. drop something on it, or knock it off a table) or lose a transmitter.
