Yes, this is possible. But you should agree a pattern of supervision (for example, by email, telephone, MSN) that suits you and your supervisor at the time of the proposal. It may not be possible to change to remote supervision later during the module. If you cannot find a supervisor who agrees to supervise you remotely, then it may not be possible.
