Is is easy to partition large front bedroom to create a bedroom and bathroom.?
Micheal is correct, the stud wall partition is easy as is the hot & cold water pipes. The biggest potential problem is your waste pipe or down pipe. You will some how have to run your toilet waste pipe to where ever your down pipe is while still maintaining a slope/fall and I’m guessing it’s at the back of you house as that’s where your current toilet is. You may have to have a new down pipe put in the front of your property if this is the case then you will need to contact building control as they want to oversee any works which require tapping into a sewer pipe.
