Is involvement based on seniority?

No. We encourage everyone to participate. Auditions are open to all, including non-majors. There is a general audition at the beginning of every fall term for the two mainstage plays and the fall terms’ conservatory plays. It is very possible for a freshman to be cast in mainstage as well as conservatory and directing plays (in spring terms). There are also many opportunities to be involved backstage. Our biggest problem is students becoming OVERLY involved in several different plays.
