The short answer is “generally not.” Most worldviews in developed countries do not believe that interracial marriage is ethically wrong, and many even consider it a unique benefit of multicultural societies that such a thing exists. To elaborate a bit more long-winded-ly, to call something moral or immoral requires a set of moral standards by which to judge things. There are no clear prohibitions on interracial marriage in the Bible, save those given to the Jews during the Levitical times.
