Is Internet Exporer the best web browser to use any more?
For those that may not realize, Internet Explorer was at the height of it’s popularity within the last ten years. However as newer browsers were developed, they put Internet Explorer on the decline in it’s use and in it’s performance compared to these newer web browsers. If you’ve purchased a PC, then your computer already came with Internet Explorer (You had no choice). But this browser has had many security issues in the past (As BBC News highlights in this article) and has also been one of the most “out of date” web broswser to use. We say “Out of Date” meaning, the browser has been one of the last one’s to stay up to date on the new ways websites are displayed; not always recognizing CSS2 or CSS3 standards. This has caused many websites to display very differently than more current web browsers display them.
