Is IntelliGolf compatible with my RIM Blackberry smartphone?
The IntelliGolf software is compatible with a wide range of Blackberry-based smartphones :-). Models supported include the BlackBerry 9000/9700- (Bold), 9600- (Tour), 8300/8500/8900- (Curve), 8100/8200- (Pearl), 8800-, 8700-, 7700-, and 7100-series of smartphones. The Blackberry 7200- and 7500-series are not supported due to their unique screen size. Please see the notes below on the Storm (9500-series). Note 1: Some carriers (cell phone service providers) have restricted access to portions of the firmware (i.e. software APIs) in their smartphones while other carriers have not imposed such restrictions. As such, IntelliGolf is running great on most Blackberry smartphones but unfortunately not fully on others based upon these carrier restrictions.
