Is Intelecare HIPAA compliant?
Intelecare is not a “covered entity” under HIPAA and does not, as part of its routine services access or process any Protected Health Information (as defined in HIPAA). Intelecare does, however, take all reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality, privacy and security of all personal information provided by its members and shall not disclose any such information to any third party.
