This was selected as Best Answer Personal integrity remains the yardstick by which relations are judged and managed. Unfortunately, corporate integrity has been diluted to such an extent that i believe many business relationships are still based on the personal integrity of individuals. The corporates have failed to practice what they preach and to a large extent have taken their lead from politics in that respect. It is difficult to believe in such integrity when spin and deception are so rife. Thankfully, we can still rely on the personal integrity of individuals.
