Is instructor training mandatory to receive an Instructor account?
No, but it is highly recommended. First time users should contact the User Support Center at 389-2111 to set up an apppointment for an initial one hour training session. Workshops are also periodically offered for Blackboard users. There is also documentation on the ITS website http://www.naz.edu/dept/its that will be helpful in creating and managing a course.
