Is installing permanent pillows or molding them directly into the spa a good method of manufacturing?
No. I dont recommend buying a hot tub with pillows molded right into the material. Customers have told me that one of the biggest problems with this method of construction is that the permanent pillows absorbs odors from the bathers and spa water. This is not only unpleasant but also very expensive to correct. As an alternative, Beachcomber has developed comfortable contoured neck recesses without pillows that still gives the customers the option of adding a portable pillow if needed.
