I’ve had insomnia from: – a badly injured shoulder – a really awful night shift – breathing problems – stress at different times. They all went away (quickly, I’m pretty lucky about these things). He/she should notice when they’re not sleeping and what’s going on. – take the advice from the articles above. It won’t hurt, it might just fix it. – He/she should see their doctor if it won’t go away. – Know that this happens to lots of people; more than likely it’s nothing awful or scary.
