Of course it is not but for some reason there are people who like to spread this rumor however, there is no basis for it. IncrediMail collects harmless information on letter styles, animations, Notifiers and the like and how much they are used. This then helps IncrediMail produce the Gallery of ‘Most Popular IncrediMail content. I have my computer scanned daily for spyware and have never had any trouble attributable to IncrediMail.
