Is implementation of IT Community Generics mandatory?
Implementation of IT Community Generics is not mandatory. The intent of this community-led initiative is to introduce a standardized approach to the adoption of Generics, thereby improving employee mobility, increasing transparency in the staffing process, and enabling departments to staff the right people, in the right jobs, at the right time.
