No, Impact Radius is not an affiliate network as it simply provides the tools and technology for advertisers, media partners and agencies to efficiently manage creative, track campaigns, maintain campaign budgets, reconcile payments and strategize for improved results. Impact Radius does not get involved in any of the direct relationships other than facilitating payouts via the technology and tools embedded in its platform.
