No. However, IBM customers can use ILMT to optionally monitor/track full capacity servers, including x86 servers with ILMT V7.1 FP1. ILMT is usually required on virtualized servers where IBM Passport Advantage (PPA) PVU software is licensed to less than the total physical processor core capacity of the server (aka virtualization capacity or sub-capacity).
