ICAirnet and ResNet by Apogee are two separate services. They are not related in any way. I can’t log in to my college-owned laptop when using ICAirnet. Why? College-owned laptops that have the Novell client installed use a different process for logging in when accessing ICAirnet. The Novell login requires a network connection, which the laptop does not have until after authenticating to ICAirnet. In order to use the Novell client on ICAirnet, follow these steps: • When first logging into the computer, make sure that the “Workstation only” box is checked. Enter your Novell username and password and click OK. • Launch a Web browser. Follow the instructions in the “Wireless Access” Quick Guide for connecting to the wireless network. • Once a connection has been established, you may log in to Novell (through Start > All Programs > Novell > Novell Login). • Enter your Novell username and password.
