I have been reading some interesting stories about Hyundai Motors India (HMI) having plans to export i10, which is manufactured only in India, to the US. What I know is that Santro, which is produced in India, are exported to Mexico. These vehicles are sold under “Dodge Atos” badge of Chrysler LLC. Stories that I have been reading about this topic tells me that Hyundai Motor Company is currently doing a feasibility study on exporting India produced vehicles to the US. Does anybody has any updates / knowledge about this??
