Is hydrocodone 10/500 stronger than hydrocodone/lortab 10/650?
Yes and no. The above is right that the 10 is the hydro and the 500 & 650 are the apap, but they make different doses of apap for a reason. The hydro reacts more with higher doses causing a better buzz. However, too much apap and you feel like crap. I personally go for the 10/500 because it’s the highest amount of hydro with an in between amount of apap. The 325’s do pretty much jack for me, and after about 8 650’s or more, the nausea crap sets in. But the 500’s are smooth sailing no matter how many I do.
