Hydraulic fracturing is safe, highly regulated and essential way to develop natural gas. It is a process that has been used for over 60 years by the oil and gas industry and we are unaware of a single confirmed or documented case of fracturing fluids or fracturing chemicals migrating into and contaminating a drinking water aquifer.
