Is “HURRICANE DEAN” also a nickname for politician HOWARD DEAN?
Howard Dean has a huge backing among the college crowd, who joined him in saying they were tired of the NeoCons with their incessant talk of Guns, Greed, God and Gays. He managed to raise $70 million dollars for his presidential campaign from ordinary people who agreed with his views, with no contribution over $100. When he made his famed “screaming” speech, he was holding a rally for his college-age campaign workers, who had worked with him when he was leading the pack in the New England area and went with him to Iowa, where he was defeated by John Kerry. The media picked up on the speech and replayed it a million times, literally going out of their way to try to ruin Howard Dean. I liked him. He was outspoken and honest and, like him, I am tired of fundamentalist preachers who support war and violence and think they can kill their way to salvation. I think we could have done worse than Howard Dean….and, come to think of it, we did! We got George Bush instead, who sends the preacher
