Cuddy and Wilson are both Jewish, with at least some observant tendencies. Chase had been to Seminary, and appears to still have some belief. I’m not totally sure about the rest (though if anyone seems like they’d be an uptight fundamentalist, it’s Cameron). It seems like they probably have some kind of latent belief, if only to be used as a foil for House from time to time. Hugh Laurie himself was raised Presbyterian – I’m not sure if he considers himself an atheist or not, but given that his best friend is Stephen Fry, it wouldn’t surprise me if he leans that way.
