• No. Housing assignments are made on first come first serve basis until full housing is reached.

On-campus housing is guaranteed for all freshmen who submit their housing deposits and housing contracts by May 1. After May 1, housing is offered on a space-available basis. Sophomores are also guaranteed housing if they apply for it by the appropriate deadlines. While juniors and seniors are not guaranteed housing, we make every effort to accommodate them and most are accommodated.

Housing is guaranteed for all brand new first year students who meet application and deposit deadlines. Housing is not guaranteed for students who miss the deadline. A very limited amount of housing is available for upper-class students through the housing lottery process. The housing lottery takes place during the spring semester.

While we will try our best to accommodate students who wish to live on campus, we are not able to guarantee admitted students a room on campus. Admitted students will be notified at the time of admission if we are able to guarantee a room on campus.
