• UNBC offers guaranteed housing for first year, first entry students. Be sure to encourage students to apply and pay their application fee by the March 1st deadline to be eligible for the guarantee. Housing fees include satellite TV service, high speed internet connection, local phone (voice mail, call waiting and call display) and utilities.
