So many different concepts have been thought of by companies using serviced offices that the serviced office providers have had to be more flexible over the years. The latest concept in flexibility to really begin to take off is that of hot desking. Hot desking probably came about at first due to the increased number of people working from home for one or more days every week. Home working has proved to be much more difficult for both employers and employees in some respects, although its advantages have been felt by both parties in general.
