Is Hispanic culture taking over American culture?
Well, I live in Illinois, and I don’t believe that this land ever belonged to hispanics. Yes, Land that is now part of Texas, California, New Mexico and Arizona I think and possibly other states belonged to Mexico, but that was a long time ago and they lost it. I work for county Government and in a very high Mexican/Latino populated city and most of us learned Spanish to do our job right. There are some good things about their cultures but the numbers are overwhelming and that is the problem. There are so many illegals now and the fact that they are doing so many illegal things like identity theft and medicaid fraud makes it harder for the American citizens to tolerate. It personally bothers me when the illegal immigrants believe that they have rights just because they managed to fly under the radar for so long and that there are so many of them. I have a theory that when they get away with one lie, they keep on lying to get away with more, and next thing you know they lie about everyt
