No, he’s not. Kris Allen was born in 1985 in Jacksonville, AR. Neil Allen was playing for the St. Louis Cardinals in the first part of 85 then the Yankees for the rest of the year. So it would be impossible for him to be the father. Plus, I’m sure they would have mentioned it at least somewhere online if not on the show itself.
