Is Heron Bay the winner of the Gold Award as Community of the Year?
Yes. The Greater Atlanta Home Builder’s Association awarded its top industry honor to Heron Bay Golf & Country Club, naming it Community of the Year at their 25th Anniversary Professionalism Awards dinner. A national panel of judges brought in from 40 different states toured properties throughout the metro Atlanta area and selected Heron Bay for this prestigious award on the basis of overall community appeal, overall design, integration of product mix, overall signage and theme and the developer’s ability to maximize aesthetic values and accentuate positive features of the land while minimizing less positive elements.
