Is HelloBiker compatible with all cellular phones?
It is compatible with all the cellular phones that support the communication protocols HF (HandsFree) and/or HS (HeadSet). So far we have not tested or heard about any incompatible phone. The level of compatibility is, though, different, i.e. not all the functions, specially the advanced functions (such as automatic answer and voice dialling) can be transferred to HelloBiker. More specifically, we have experienced dissimilar behaviours when intercom connection needs to be reinstated after a phone call as well as when audio connection between HelloBiker and the mobile phone is cut as a result of exceeding the range of 10 meters: in both cases, some mobile phones re-connect automatically, some require special procedures (see the manual of the mobile phone), some re-connect by simply pressing the multifunction button of the HelloBiker twice.
