No heat is used to make our vitamin. That is one of the reasons that the formula is in a capsule. We use plant enzymes, live probiotics and whole foods in our formula. So we need to make sure that the temperature never goes above 110 degrees Fahrenheit in the entire process so that everything is alive and stays that way.
