Yes. Heartland Realty LLC and David Collins, the owner/broker, are licensed to conduct real estate business in Illinois by the Office of Banks and Real Estate. Both Heartland Realty LLC and David are members of the Rockford Area Association of Realtors. In order to list properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and realtor.com, you have to be a member of that MLS association and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
